Troubleshooting • Re: RPi 5 HDMI issues.

  1. If you boot the Pi without a SDCard but with the monitor connected, do you get a diagnostic display? What does the DISPLAY: line say?
  2. What happens if you boot (with SDCard) with both monitors connected?
  3. Those two lines are shown in the config.txt in your OP. What is in your current config.txt?
  1. I do get a diagnostic display. The DISPLAY line reads this:

    display: DISP0: HDMI HPD=1 EDID=ok #2 DISP1: HPD=0 EDID=none #0
  2. Currently I am unable to connect two monitors, or in this case a monitor and a TV, because I only have one micro hdmi adapter. I just bought a single cable that goes from hdmi to micro hdmi, and I’m hoping the adapter is the issue. Should be coming in today.
  3. My current config file should be the default you get when you do a fresh install of bookworm. I can’t post the entire config.txt here because I’m currently not home oops :roll:
