1. Do you know what an overcurrent condition is?
2. I'm not familiar with the design of integrated circuit pi5 and its regulation on this bus. There are circuits that increase power at the junction during drainage, leading to burning it out. And there are else that don't do it.
3. If you determine the maximum load at the junction based on the fan that the manufacturer sells as standard, then congratulations (read about something like "margins" or simply look at graphics cards, where more powerful versions are built on exactly the same design but with a different radiator and fan).
4. It's hard to trust your knowledge when looking at fan cable connection in your PI (thickness of a thumb).
