Silicon cells are getting smaller but the new factories use such pure air and weird technologies, they cost 4 billion instead of just 1 billion. The flow down effect of new factories making older chips cheaper to manufacture is now just a trickle. We need a new technology.
Silicon oxide is now replaced with hafnium oxide, https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hafnium_oxide, to make chips smaller. Next will be quarterium oxide then eighthium oxide then...
Eventually they will have to use hydrogen dioxide, which will solve the problem of cooling chips.![Very Happy :D]()
