sudo edit /etc/dphys-swapfile, make the appropriate changes there, then reboot. See `man dphys-swapfile` for documentation.
I get a message in the terminal: want /var/swap=16384MByte, restricting to config limit: 2048MBytes, checking existing: deleting wrong size file (209715200), generating swapfile ... of 2048MBytes![:cry:]( "Crying or Very Sad")
